Weekend Tarot Quickie: The Flowers (4 of Wands)

If anyone is a little pissy this weekend, it's likely due to envy, embarrassment, or a taste for vengeance (pick your poison), something you and you (and you!) will get over real soon.

Um, I hope.  Boy, do I hope.

If what we'd like or appreciate is vindication, this is a possibility.  If not over the weekend, then next week.

Most of all, this weekend provides us with the chance to showcase our gifts and talents.  Our homes, our lives.  Whatever we have/make the best out of.  Whoever we are/make the best out of.

With each day that passes from now, there is something, some skill, some environment, we will enhance and improve.  Perhaps we will enhance and improve ourselves.

And others will want a piece of it/us.  So focus and work hard.  Do not allow anyone's shit to stink up your goals.  And do not allow anyone to take a dump on what you produce either.

It's one thing to ask for advice, ask for what you want, and receive it.  But we're playing a whole different ballgame when someone forces advice, gifts, attention on us.

The Flowers represents a time to celebrate, or gather with loved ones.  The card possesses (and radiates) welcoming, sharing, generous energies.  It is about attention, affection, socializing, compliments, positive feedback, charm, politeness, appreciation, celebration, remembering, memorializing, and making things attractive and as pleasant and peaceful as possible.  After all, we may have delicate and fragile and beautiful types and things to look out and care for.

Chances are, however, that what is super-attractive/pleasant on the outside is not actually super-attractive/pleasant on the inside.  And yet, some of us will show-off what isn't real (which, c'mon, shouldn't come as a surprise at this point).

Commercialism might be a little annoying at this time.

Romantic relationships kicked-off now will fizzle out sooner than we think. If you're OK with that, super.  If not, I recommend friendships first.

Simple changes and decorations will do.  Little surprises and gestures go a long way.

Have a great weekend.
